Windows Edge kaldırma, bu çok sorulan bir soru. Microsoft’un işletim sistemi Windows’da bazı uygulamaları zorunlu tutması gerçekten büyük saçmalık hatta yasal bile olmayabilir, muhtemelen(okumadım tabii ki) yasalara uygun olması için Windows kurulurken okumadığımız küçük yazılar içerisine Edge gibi uygulamaların zorunlu olduğu yazıyordur.
Peki Windows’da(Windows 10/11) mecburi olan ve kaldırılmayan bu Microsoft Edge isimli Chrome tabanlı tarayıcıdan nasıl kurtulursunuz? Sorunun cevabı aşağıda verdiğim PowerShell/CMD komut dosyalarında. Bu komut dosyalarını bilgisayarınıza raw olarak dosya adlarını *.bat, *.cmd şeklinde yapıp indirilerek, yönetici olarak çalıştırmanız önemli bu arada bunu da belirtmek isterim.
Edge_Removal.bat isimli bu dosyayı bilgisayarınıza indirip çalıştırırsanız Microsoft Edge tarayıcı sistemden kaldırılıyor ve diğer dosya ChrEdgeFkOff.cmd dosyasını indirip çalıştırdığınızda Windows’un arama, araç çubuğu vs. yerlerinde yaptığınız aramalar ve sorgularda Edge yerine varsayılan tarayıcınız(Firefox veya Chrome vb.) neyse onunla çalışması sağlanıyor.
Dosyaları çalıştırdığınızda açılan komut işlemcisinde sizden enter’a basmanız istenebilir.
